At The Suman Store, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns, we do provide refunds only in specific cases where the product is received damaged.

We currently do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered.

Please double-check your order details (size, color, quantity, etc.) before placing the order. All sales are final except in the case of a damaged item.

πŸ’Έ Refund Policy – Damaged Products Only

If your order arrives physically damaged, we offer a refund subject to the following terms:

  1. You must email us at support@thesumanstore.com within 36 hours of delivery.

  2. You must share an unboxing video as proof, starting from the moment the package is opened.

  3. The video should clearly show the shipping label, product condition, and damage.

Note: No refund requests will be entertained without proper unboxing video proof.

We follow a 3-step quality check process before shipping:

  • Product Inspection

  • Packaging Check

  • Final Dispatch Verification

This ensures every item we ship is in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of transit damage, we stand by our refund policy.

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.

  • It will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit card, etc.)

  • No exchange or return is allowed.

  • No refund will be processed for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Delay in delivery by courier

    • Product not matching expectations (unless damaged)
